I’ll be honest, this shed demolition and removal job turned out to be bigger than I originally thought. Turned out the shed was, well basically a shed within a shed. Completely decked out with insulation and inner wall for a teenage style retreat. Having kids myself (now all grown up thank god) I can relate with wanting to give them their own space away from the main house.
The easiest thing you can do to give your yard and property a face lift is to put in new turf. To ensure you get the best results possible, the New Turf Preparation needs to be done correctly and that is exactly what I specalise in and what I completed recently for a great fella out at Tanunda. His yard actually turned out to be quite big after everything had been removed.
Demo, dig, dump, clear and level! That is exactly what this excavation job was all about and what a massive job it turned out to be. This odd shaped block of land is tucked in between a couple of houses in a suburban area and is destined to be Subdivided by the owner and Developed into two beautiful new house sites. The only problem is it is full to the brim of concrete, debris, rubble and vegetation.
Another backyard renovation today and a big one at that. This was certainly one of those large yards that hadn’t been touched in years, was completely overgrown and would need a far few hours of work thrown at it to get the job down. The owner is looking at putting in a new large shed and therefore needed the area cleared, levelled and ready to go. This required the old run down shed to be completely demolished and removed.
